Developing Aerospace grade carbon fiber components for a VTOL drone designed to fly a defibrillator to cardiac arrest emergencies too far for ambulances to respond in time.

Summer intern responsible for creating manufacturing work instructions, executing and documenting experiments, and assisting in process improvements. The work instructions I created leveraged intricate machinery and were designed to ensure product manufacturability, consistency, and quality. I analyzed where potential issues will arise with build process and took the appropriate steps to ensure future builds do not run into those issues. I also worked on troubleshooting faulty machinery which required me to collect and analyze data then report my findings and recommendations to higher ups.

As a barista I was needed to work in high stress and high demand situations while being able to keep my calm and make lasting connections with customers and the community.
