Started as member of the support team for their legacy systems. Now working in API development to integrate VMWare VCloud, VMWare vCenter ChagerBack, New Relic, NSX and Panopta services to manage customers consume metrics. Also worked in development of an application to offer the security schema from Armor cloud to other clouds like AWS, Azure and others.

Project and technical leader in a support project for one system that integrates different CRMs and shipping systems to provide service to all the world. Our activities was provide and remove user access, fix data corruptions, detect, design solutions for integration bugs and help users from different countries with issues related with the tool. All tasks was done directly in the database using PL SQL. My team was in Mexico and India, the customer was in US so I coordinated activities thinking in people with different time zones, I designed some SQL scripts to make their work easier faster,for almost all tasks the required time changed from 10 minutes to less than one minute. This helped us to provide a faster 24/7 service, the team got a bonus from customer because this.

Technical leader in a project with multiple servers and clients in all the world. This project was a set of tools for project management integrated with Oracle Primavera. The support team was distributed in México and India, we interacted daily with teams in all US, India, Canada and México. The project was in developed in VB .NET, SQL Server and Oracle SQL and I fixed a lot of bugs in different tools and databases, the more important bug fix was one related with the Windows 7 Font scaling, at that moment MS didn't have a fix. I got the internal Six sigma Green Belt certification.

Using C# .Net I designed and developed an integration between VisionPLUS and the reporting systems of all banks in México also included a parser for txt, html and cvs files with different formats. This integration was used to process payments in different banks and generate a report in format 510 for VisionPLUS.

I designed and developed two integrations using C# .NET and SQL, one between VMWare services for support teams and support tickets system from internal point of sale. This integration distribute the support tickets between teams in Mexico and Brazil.The second integration was between SAP and the internal Point of Sale, this integration automatically manage the POS users and their rights based in the SAP database.

I worked in three projects using C++ and one using C# .NET and XAMLSmart Video Factory 3, I did full development and testing, this software rip, edit and manage multimedia content also generate encrypted content packages for use in Jukeboxes and other multimedia devices from the company.Arion Media Center, I upgraded the video player improving the quality using directX renders.Database Migration Wizard, This software migrates meta data from multimedia content from others projects to Smart Media Factory 3.SpiderNet, This is a hardware and software project with the objective of create an intelligent multimedia center that could interact to any device (mp3 players, smart phones, etc.) to share media. I participate in this project fixing bugs and helping to improve the user experience. This is the project where I worked with C# and XAML

I was responsible of PM, MA and PMC areas of CMMI model and managed 7 projects at same time, helped fixing bugs in firmware and designing the testing sets of one project focused in wireless devices used to activate A/C, refrigerators, lights, etc. according to signals from different sensors and user defined configurations.
