Business Development Specialist
- Reported to the Director of Franchise Sales, primary focus of supporting all sales strategies for (1) 2-Tiered Franchise Territory Sales, (2) Construction Contract Sales - Completed and transformed in-depth qualitative and quantitative market research on social, economic, political and legal industry trends into insightful, digestible sales materials for 10+ target audiences (clients, franchisees, suppliers, government, investors…etc.)- Led a 2-tier (2 unique purchase types) franchisee recruitment process; implementing a multi-regional strategy for attracting, assessing and approving qualified candidates for the remaining process- Participated in Franchisee sales meetings (virtual and in-person), trade shows (as a sales representative) & industry events (as a company representative)- Supported the full sales cycle to deliver over $1M in system sales in the first two-quarters of the brand’s launch - Created, tracked and analyzed budgets, forecasts, workflows, process documents and progress reports- Identified and pursued new business opportunities through strategic planning and market research- Supported the legal franchise process; proof-reading, editing and verifying complex contracts; liaising with outside counsel to ensure consistent delivery and accuracy
