From March 2015 through to December 2019, I held roles within the Global Custody Product Development team, initially working as the Global Custody Client Change pipeline coordinator, ensuring the review and approval of new Client requests and the ongoing monitoring of in-flight projects. I then moved into a Product Development role, covering systemic communication development, i.e. Agent and Client messaging and reporting. I was heavily involved in the initial phases of the CSDR programme, ensuring that the regulations were clearly understood and the development requirements built out and communicated to the Technology teams, working in conjunction with them to discuss and refine.
