• Development and implementation of customized dashboards for clients, using tools such as Tableau and Power BI, for detailed tracking of key metrics and KPIs providing interactive and updated visualizations in real time, making it easier for clients to effectively monitor the performance of their operations and make data-driven decisions. • Perform data cleansing processes (ETL) to ensure the integrity and quality of the information through SQL and to be able to load it to data viewers. • Perform social listening analysis, extract and collect data from media and social networks to create valuable insights for decision making in different areas of the company and clients.
