Finance: Work with accountants and CEO to oversee transactional bookkeeping, manage accounts payable, develop org budget, review monthly financial reports and update departments on current expenses, facilitate audit and 990, produce quarterly financial reports with Director of Development for the board of directors.Internship Program Management: Developed 16 week curriculum for internship program, which supports each department and all aspects of office operations. Lead weekly professional development session and trainings, manage outreach, hiring, and orientation. Manage interns and maintain individual check-ins to provide feedback and performance evaluations. Promote internship program and developed connections at Bay Area colleges and universities. Internship program runs year round. Publishing: Managing Editor for the first ever 826 Anthology of student writing. Secured $20K grant to cover production and printing costs, managed publishing interns, teamed up with the Art Director at McSweeney's for design and illustration, selected student writing, and managed the entire project. The 826 Anthology showcases the impressive range of writing being done in programs across the 826 network.

Iowa Lakeside Laboratory Regents Resource Center is a field station serving Iowa’s state universities, located on West Lake Okoboji in Northwest Iowa. Founded in 1909, it provides summer courses and research opportunities for college students and year-round public programs.
