I was hired to take over thier offsite construction. I was in charge of 8 to 10 sites at any given time. I would take the sites from pre planning all the way through construction. I would also do the city acceptance walks and bond release.I was in charge of all the day to day construction for these mutiple sites. I worked with engineers and city agencies.

I was in charge of 6 to 10 sites at any given time. I was in charge of all forward planing as well as working with Designers to ensure a smooth build. I ran all the day to day constuction from grading all the way through move in. I also would get the track accepted by the city for bond release. I did all the grading, undrrground, roads and walks, signals.
