The client was a premier health care provider in the state of Massachusetts; U.S The objective of this project is to reduce the outstanding 50 million USD AR(Accounts Receivables) spread across of 8 facilities. The process includes effective follow up with the insurances, Understanding the denials and automation's of identified trends. Reporting is the main value-add that is provided to the client to fix the issues before billing out the claims to the insurance.Provide client status reports and status on business provided, Coordinating with the IT, Business analytics team and Operations and providing suggestions on automation utilizing HIPAA transaction code sets like 835's, 276/277, and 270/271 in order to facilitate bulk resolution of accounts receivables. Successfully exceeded the monthly cash goal of $1M while handling a project that consisted of 5 facilities Successfully handled the transport issues and was a SPOC for last 3 years
