Responsible for improving upon and building new data and analytics tools that help drive decision making and add value to both buy-side and sell-side institutions at BidFX.Previously responsible for all aspects of trading within Sequoia Capital Fund Management. Currently trading G10 FX Spot. Constantly working to reduce trading cost and improve efficiency through the building of execution algorithms and implementation of trade cost analysis tools.Oversee each part of trading through communication with liquidity providers, aggregators and prime brokers.Have experience throughout the business and in various asset classes. Prior to my current role, I worked as Head of Back Office. During this time I worked to design and build a prototype for the organisation's current procedures. This was then handed to a development team as the basis for their project.During previous roles I have developed, tested and profitably traded my own futures trading strategy.Having worked both in operations and trading and both of these in a number of different asset classes, I have a broad range of knowledge and understanding of the financial markets. My experience in building systems and overseeing projects as well as the experience of trading has meant that I have a solid foundation in which to build upon.
