With a solid foundation of civil and structural CAD and drafting through university studies and early work experience, I was fortunate to recognise early on the direction I wished my career path to take and have pursued that wholeheartedly during the intervening years. This journey has taken me all over the country from my home town of Melbourne to Sydney, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast to the north and Geraldton, Adelaide and most recently Whyalla to the west with a significant number of projects being completed with my former employer.The past ten years have seen my own personal development flourish, through Project Engineer and Project Management roles on some of the company's signature projects (Swanson Dock West Remediation, West Gate Bridge Strengthening, Southern Link Upgrade Works, Tarong Power Station Cooling Tower Remediation, Geraldton Silo Remediation & Strengthening) through to Commercial/Financial Manager on the Port Bonython Jetty Remediation project and now as Regional Commercial Manager for EnviroPacific Services.With a thorough knowledge of project, design and QSE management practices, as well as an attention to detail, my strengths lie in contract management and administration as well as financial management, forecasting and reporting. These skills extend to management and administration of subcontracts and subcontractors, which has been critical for the larger projects I have been involved with. These skills are supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Project software systems as well as Workbench (for financial reporting).I am an ACA Certified Corrosion Technician (Member No. 11635), Level 2 First Aid Officer and hold several other site qualifications (Construction Industry White Card, Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC), EWP >11m (WP), Forklift (LF), Telehandler, Work Safely at Heights, Confined Space, Gast Test Atmospheres, Basic Fire Fighting.
