-Processes needs and wants of all clients, schedules and staffs for the service request and reports to client upon completion-Manage and schedule pool, pest control, landscaping, and cleaning services-Manage maintenance, housekeeping, and home inspection staff-Coordinate with architects, interior designers, delivery personnel, repair technicians and other third party vendors-Perform or schedule special concierge services for clients including, fresh flower delivery, grocery shopping, chauffeur services, and vehicle maintenance etc

-Responsible for supervising, managing, and staffing all aspects of a semi-private Golf & Country Club including Banquet functions, restaurant/bar, outdoor service on the golf course, tennis, pool, gym and other members’ areas of the club -Held weekly Department Head meetings to discuss all aspects of the country club and how we can improve the overall experience of our members & their guests-Ensured food, beverage and service was of the highest standard for all catered events, member functions, and A La Carte Dining -Consistently placed orders and managed inventory of beer/liquor rooms, uniforms, towels, linens, and other supplies needed for the clubhouse-Responsible for all of the clubhouse personnel including hiring, staff training, events, banquet sales, 100 seat restaurant, and F&B service on the golf course
