I am a senior business leader with experience across FMCG, aviation, insurance and fintech (insuretech). I started my career in the finance/accounting and have worked in large listed public companies (ASX and SIX), start-ups, and high-growth private companies. I have enjoyed many different senior positions throughout my career but none so more than being part of the leadership team that scaled Claim Central from a start-up with local operations to a global scale-up business. I am proud that the footprints I have left are still been used.Having been a champion in using data as a catalyst for change, I took on the challenge to head up a new Data and Analytics division under the technology arm of Claim Central with a strategic view of, democratising, productising and monetising our data asset. The experience of working outside my comfort zone has taught me that I can execute big ideas with given constraints, I can align and lead a highly technical team, I can speak tech and business, and I am constantly learning.
