Reconcile the Net Asset Value (NAV) of portfolios on a monthly basis to 3rd parties and external Custodians and Fund Managers.Complete various other daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reconciliations. Eg. Foreign Exchange, international dividend and tax reclaims, cash, assets, unlisted unit trusts, and derivative reconciliations. Ensure that any outstanding items are followed up and cleared in a timely and accurate manner.Complete Physical Audit Review on a quarterly basis.Escalation of any issues or reconciling items that expose the business to risk.Escalation of reconciling items which are large and/ or greater than 30 days to Team Leader or Manager.Ensure continuous training in Smartstream, and other reconciliations within the immediate team and across other teams within Operations Control.Ensure cross-trained in all reconciliation types.
