I have worked for Lush within multiple capacities, but primarily as a supervisor at one of the busiest stores in the country (Liverpool St Station, with a annual turnover of 1.25million) supervising a staff of 18. Within this branch I was the appointed visual merchandiser for 5 years, and was also in control of the stores social media where I increased their follower base from 1000 - 10000 in just over a year, in turn helping boost footfall and revenue. I have also participated in store openings, organizing and taking part in external PR events and also appearing on there website for promotional videos.
