An enthusiastic and innovative learning professional with experience leading global and UK teams in the delivery of the entire learning life cycle. The learning and development of others is my passion and a consistent thread throughout my career.While working for complex organisations (both global and UK) I learnt that to succeed in addressing learner and business needs I needed to partner my learning solutions with other team’s initiatives across the business. In my current role as Design Community Lead at LBG I am exploring the use of communities of practice to connect practitioners so they can collectively solve their learning needs.As an ex-maths teacher, I get excited about measurement and the importance of demonstrating impact. I use measures to inform, tailor and measure the effectiveness of the learning interventions I create so we have a course that meets true learner needs and a story we can share with learners and stakeholders alike.Confident and personable, I possess excellent organisation, communication, and leadership skills with experience of managing global teams on an array of projects.
