Prior experience... senior development, operating and financial executive of the real estate industry with extensive for profit and not for profit senior management, capital raising, property development, merger and acquisition, property management and construction experience for nationally and globally distributed brands across this industry; as well as for the franchising/licensing, home and commercial remodeling and services, private equity investment, hospitality, retail, and pet care industrial verticals . Daniel has served both publicly traded (mid-cap and above) and private corporate and private enterprise ventures as an entrepreneur/owner, as a head of property development, finance, sales and marketing, licensee/franchisee selection, recruitment and compliance oversight, and operations. He has been a client, a vendor to, contractor for and an investor/founder of commercial enterprise on a scale from start-up through micro-cap, mid-cap and up to =/> $1B publicy traded companies.Daniel has global experience with new build, renovation, property conversion, and new concept development and roll-out of projects across multiple geographies and industries, and for established companies, REIT’s and new concepted business enterprises. Daniel has founded/co-founded successful companies and led multi-national firms to establish new sales and distribution channels, to improved P&L performance, and through varied stages of initial capitalization, M&A, and recapitalization. Daniel received his Business Degree from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from the Peter Drucker Graduate Management Center, Claremont Graduate School.
