Current role is charged with a wide range of AV focused responsibilities. These include brand and product procurement and management, marketing, sales, customer support (sales/technical), troubleshooting, showroom product selection and management, demonstration room management including installation, calibration, and practical demonstrations of AV systems. A key part of the role is around design and specification of AV systems for potential and current domestic clients, including client requirement diagnosis, budgeting, system design/specification, and logistics analysis.Knowledge, key duties and responsibilities: ● Client and customer relationship management across product portfolio, including design, creation and submission of quotations and tenders.● Management of digital channels for marketing including corporate website content and design, as well as search engine optimisation. ● Stock and inventory monitoring and control through effective liaison with the warehouse management and external suppliers.● Creation of design schematics for projects where applicable to support both internal rack build and external engineering.● Project management of work received within geographical area and site surveys.● Support of non-technical staff for the design, creation and submission of customer quotations and tenders.● At times, installation work has been required and is part of skill set.

Sub-contractor to long-standing family-run roofing company. Management and running of contracts as well as field work.Knowledge, key duties and responsibilities: ● Considerable knowledge of tools and equipment used in roofing activities, knowledge of hazards and safety requirements associated with residential work environments.● Overseeing installation of new roofs and repairing of old ones, as well as insulation materials. Also inspection of problem roofs and identifying and applying repair solutions, as well as overseeing setting up of access equipment and general health and saftey.
