- Working at manufacturing of Aluminum A/C Lines for GM, Chrysler, Ford and BMW.Launching 2015 new platforms/products for HVAC OEM (Ford, RAM, Chrysler, BMW, GM) following up APQP methodology.- Responsible for coordinating first pilot running's for new requirements. (GM and Chrysler)- Experience in PDR running for a new launching (GM and Chrysler). - Validation of equipments, adjustments, developing tools, fixtures and pokayoke’s.Providing Capacity studies (Cpk's) for new lines/Products, with the new machinery/equipment.- Leading change Layouts to release space for new platforms/products and process flow adjustments.- Leading and coordinate ECN’s for new products according customer requirements.- Responsible of the welding workshop to support all platforms production with racks for: materials, components, containers, work instructions.

- Leading and coordinate New Products Introduction, working at manufacturing of wire harness and cable assembly for Siemens, Black & Decker, Generac, GE, Raymond and Schindler.- Responsible for indicators of the engineering department such as time and motion analysis, production line balancing, engineering changes, process deviations, downtimes, production support.- Responsible for searching, analyze and define tooling, equipment, and fixtures for manufacturing processes.- Able to execute the product line plan, including leadership and participation in critical projects to be undertaken for the year.- Tack time analysis and job balancing to define head count of the line.- Implement kaizen to improve costs, savings, work conditions and customers immediate responses (such as internal and external)
