It Technician
CurrentAs an IT Support Technician at Codelocks, I handle a variety of support issues for both internal and external customers, focusing on desktop IT, cloud computing, and smart-lock platforms. My responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, collaborating with developers to find effective solutions, and supporting customers with API integrations. Additionally, I monitor and maintain our cloud infrastructure, including AWS, to proactively identify and address potential issues. I also assist new employees by setting up their hardware and providing IT support as needed. My role involves working with tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft's Visual Studio, GitHub, Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft 365 Admin, as well as utilizing technologies like Python and AWS.
