Responsible for all operations and logistics for Southern Cross Group Stadium. Taking ownership of all major events within the stadium, ensuring that event operations and the facility is appropriately set up for each event.Oversee and manage the end to end planning and delivery of all aspects of the stadium on event day. I manage all external event briefings and produce detailed event plans to ensure all stakeholders are aware of specific operational details. Delivering complete logistical plans working with all stakeholders including Ticketing & Membership, Corporate, Security, Maintenance, Internal Stakeholders and key event contractors. Following up post event to discuss any concerns, issues and influence suitable solutions for future events.Responsible for all stadium bookings, including working with NRL, community groups and internal departments. Ensuring that the sensitivities around the high performance environment are balanced with the need to generate revenue creating opportunities.Oversee the maintenance program to ensure that the venue is safe and fit for purpose.

I successfully delivered customer service operations to a large number of events across numerous venues and events predominately in Sydney. I expertly managed large teams of customer service staff ensuring they are well briefed, organised, fit for the role and well trained. Regularly taking the lead in venue operations focusing on the front of house and the patron experience I became a key collaborator with numerous events and stadiums working to improve their events.I worked with some of the biggest and most high profile events in Sydney including the Sydney Royal Easter Show and the Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust among many others.
