Released numerous high performance ICs on BCD processes from 5V-65V specializing in high switching frequency, ultralow noise and ultralow quiescent current for automotive, industrial, telecom, and high-end consumer markets.Core responsibilities include product definition, IC design and simulation, IC layout supervision, package design, lab bench eval/debug, ATE test plan, product datasheet, release to production/sales. Extensive involvement in custom device development on BCD processes, package technology development (advanced flip-chip), silicon debug/failure analysis (micro-probe, FIB (focused ion beam) edits, photon emissions, lock-in IR thermography), reliability testing (Burn-in, ESD, LU, HAST, etc), developing production ATE programs, applications PCB design/layout, post-release yield improvement, customer return failure analysis, and supporting key customers.
