Recruitment Manager - Hotel And Food & Beverage
- Assist in both Hotel Operations and Food & Beverage Divisions in recruiting and sourcing the right candidates- To promote the company with it's benefits and environment to the all candidates- Working closely with Human Resource - Recruitment Department in joint interviews and identifying the right candidates for certain respective departments - Weekly update on the every departments staff opening list for Hotel Operations, F&B Service and F&B Culinary- Bi-weekly verification and follow-ups with all Department Heads on staffing- Assist Vice President of Hotel Operations in reviewing new Team Members coming on-board after 3 weeks and 10 weeks- Conduct Exit Interviews prior to Human Resource to identify in depth the reason of team member's resignation- To attend Recruitment Trips and Local Recruitment Fair- Kenexa Review with all department concerns- Kenexa Hiring Manager for Food & Beverage Division - Quarterly Turnover Report- To update Recruitment Bank on certain departments- To assist in the absence of Training Manager in facilitates any trainings or orientations for Hotel Operation Division
