- Provide leadership in a fast paced, matrix environment to ensure expectations are exceeded relative to delivery, quality, cost, inventory and growth objectives.- Define teams’ metrics and ensures progress is being made to achieve them.- Oversee, manage, streamline orders fulfillment process and orders management process to increase teams performance and efficiency.- Create and define domestics shipping matrix for parcel, LTL & FTL shipping, including shipping cost, shipping zone, and delivery lead time.- Establish global supply bases to ensure products availability/supply to meets market & sales needs, including but not limited to products supply procurement, products allocation, international import shipping from Asia to US distribution bases in supply chain.- Support and manage the negotiation process and relationship with 3rd party logistics vendors, domestics and international transportation service providers. This includes Quarterly Business Review, KPI set up and review, rate negotiation, and annual RFQ. Ensure to reach/obtain the best quality services with low cost from vendors.- Warehouses & transportation daily operation management including: quarterly inventory stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy; freight orders processing management to ensure on-time products delivery to customers via parcel, LTL and FTL shipping in B2B and B2C channel; periodic suppliers/vendors action audit to ensure and maintain service quality & quantity level; cost approval and vendors’ invoices validation to ensure billing correctness, etc.- Develop, oversee and maintain RMA policy & procedure in the reverse logistics process that is suitable for business needs, to maximize profit, and to minimize cost and loss, including product refurbishment/reuse, purposes of capturing value, and proper disposal & recycle.
