Key Responsibilities:Process Design & Deployment:• Serve as a liaison between process owners and global teams to define, design, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive future business benefits.• Lead continuous improvement efforts, contributing process expertise to deployment events and aligning new designs with business objectives for seamless implementation.• Spearhead global systems roll-outs, ensuring process alignment and maximizing value for the business.• Recommend and support project initiatives that advance business processes and streamline operations.Sustain & Optimize Operations:• Manage issue escalation, conduct learning sessions, and provide ongoing global support for Credit processes to ensure smooth operational performance.• Lead design integration workshops, fostering local business adherence to global standards and monitoring compliance.• Drive upskilling programs to improve process capabilities and mitigate non-compliance risks.• Actively participate in local and global networks, contributing to updates and improvements in process documentation.Strategic Collaboration & Change Management:• Collaborate closely with global operational teams to develop and implement risk management strategies and process efficiency initiatives.• Introduce and build awareness of process designs among key business stakeholders, supporting internal change management efforts.• Provide expertise in new process implementations, including training, work instruction localization, and overseeing business cutover plans.• Deliver technical platform support, establishing a robust network to ensure the business adapts to new technologies and processes effectively.

Debt Collection• Responsible for the effective and efficient management of accounts receivable process. Minimize Accounts Receivable overdue, review and support order block management. Recommendation of provisions when debts are considered doubtful or propose for write off where debts are aged and unlikely to be collected after reasonable efforts are taken. Responsible for ensuring that both ‘Proactive’ and ‘Reactive’ credit control takes place in an effective manner in the team. Exercise manual blocking of orders on high financial risk and delinquent accounts. Support DS Credit in the negotiation and approval for refinancing of Overdue Debts. Regularly review and reassess customers to determine provisions for recovery, in relevant timeframe.Continuous Improvement• Lead identification and realization of value both as a USD Business Impact outside FO as well as to improve cost efficiency within FO. Initiate and lead the improvement initiatives in his/her cluster and specialized process, in full cooperation with Process Excellence team, and support other processes CI initiatives, in an e2e manner. Encourage the team to embed CI mindset and look for opportunity to improve by focusing on “ESSA” (eliminate, simplify, standardise, automate), including quick wins to help improve Shell’s working capital by looking at effective cash collection and allocation process.Leadership• Operational Excellence Validates that work instructions are robust and fit for purpose and that knowledge transfer is delivered and understood according to plan. Achieve process stabilization through consistent identification of process and staff performance gaps and implementation of improvements and agreed control procedures. Maintains robust controls framework through transition by confirming control ownership and ensuring proper controls execution by staff.

• Accountable for the end to end deliverables of Credit Assessment, Debt Collection and Cash Allocation and Application for the Indonesia OU• Act as point of reference on all operational issues to ensure that metrics are achieved• Ensure staff understanding of and compliance to identified SOX and internal business controls• Ensure staff understanding of and adherence to standard work instructions as well as to agreed-upon country specific guidelines• Act as business focal on behalf of the Team Manager• To be responsible for the day to day management of all analysts, including but not limited to in role development, coaching and managing the performance review process on behalf of Team Manager• Identify process improvements or control gaps and highlight and drive to resolve• Participate in major change programs (process standardization, business projects, continuous improvement projects & etc.)• Responsible for in role development and targeted intervention decisions for all analysts• Making operational decisions at a specific level while maintaining strong internal controls• Directly communicating with and explaining issues to people within and outside the business being handled• Working virtually with colleagues in the business, Credit, Customer Services, across centers, and elsewhere in Finance Operations

• - Debt Collection & Cash Allocation - Administer debt collection, including direct debit rejections, allocations, refund/write-off/write in management, Cash and non-cash security handling.• - Block Order Management – Monitor open orders, review order status and action blocked orders.• - Liaise with respective stakeholders to deliver respective Credit advice and answer any queries or concerns from in and out of the company.• - Certified trainer by Shell for debt collection and customer management.- Super User for the SAP application system under Shell – to be able to problem solve technical system errors and understand the root cause to ensure that there would be zero business impact; also testing new functionality that would be implemented into the production environment of the SAP application.

- Responsible for learning the history and deliverables of TSG's niche marketables in order to better represent our products- Client oriented service whereby the needs of the client are first prioritized before solution recommendation- Implementation and maintenance of the in-house Inventory management system; was also responsible for the requirement capture phase and data conversion of the system. - Co-responsible when delivering the company products to the client venue, whereby feedback on proper placement, lighting and mood to suit the clients needs is important - Was involved in the company's participation in the following events:1. Malaysia Merdeka Endurance Race 2013 @ Sepang International Circuit in collaboration with Aston Martin, Bang & Olufsen and Esquire Magazine Malaysia2. National Geoscience Conference 2013
