I find people fascinating. Understanding what it is that drives people and how best to help them is core to my marketing work and training as a psychotherapeutic counsellor. I have been able to combine my experience in marketing with some of the core skills required of a counsellor, to learn how to have meaningful conversations that ask the questions that matter. I have learned to really listen to the answers that I get, and to be objective and impartial in my decision making. I work to understand myself and use that to bring authenticity to my work as a strategic marketer, a manager and a counsellor.
