With over five years of experience in sales, support, and account management, I am a Senior Installed Base Sales Specialist at SonicWall, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions. In this role, I leverage my skills in business-to-business (B2B) sales, and customer success to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction in the German and UK market. I work with existing customers to renew and upgrade their security products and services, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and provide technical and operational support. I also collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet the customers' needs and expectations. Prior to joining SonicWall, I was a German Internal Sales at Vixen Surface Treatments Ltd, where I managed the sales process for industrial cleaning equipment in the German-speaking region. Before that, I was a Customer Success Account Manager at Concentrix, where I supported and sold Adobe products to SMB and enterprise customers in the DACH region. My mission is to help customers achieve their goals and secure their digital assets with innovative and reliable solutions.
