As team leader in a retail kiosk at the Amex football stadium I had many responsibilities. On match days I had to make sure that there was continual service of food and drinks as well maintaining stock levels. I had to float tills prior to trading, as well as ensuring staff members were comfortable with cashing up their tills after trading. Whilst at Sodexo I also had the opportunity to be Bar Manager at other events such as Royal Ascot and Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. These events were busy and I had to ensure that I was organised to be able to achieve daily sales targets. During each role with Sodexo I had to distribute tasks to the staff effectively whilst maintaining good team spirit, to be able to provide customer service to the best of our abilities.

During my time with the Team Building Company I had many different opportunities to work with a broad range of clients from members of big companies to family events. This allowed me to develop a variety of communication skills as well as confidence in delivering presentations and briefs.

During my time at Danestream Farmshop I had many different roles within the store. I helped amongst various departments including butchers, bakers and greengrocers.I worked mainly during holiday periods whilst I was studying. I was giving many responsibilities including opening of the shop, ordering stock and cashing up tills at the end of the day.Furthermore there was an emphasis on customer interaction in the shop, which helped my develop my verbal communication skills.
