I have long been interested in and good with computers, so I started a computer hobby at age 12 that continues to this day. Over the years, I've helped friends and relatives with computing issues and internet issues, and I've also built several complex PCs. I recently decided to make a career change based around this skill. To that end, I have completed comprehensive education in IT, receiving four certifications: Google IT Support Professional Certificate, COMPTIA A+, COMPTIA Net+, and COMPTIA Sec+. Though I wasn't officially hired for tech support at my last job, I became the de facto tech support person in my office for two years after my manager learned of my expertise, There, I managed IT issues that arose, like setting up PCs, helping coworkers with computing problems, and troubleshooting internet connectivity issues.
