• Provide support for Stacks Services Unit by retrieving requested materials and sorting, shifting, and shelving library materials

• Assist patrons at the circulation desk with borrowing materials and other questions regarding research, reference materials, the library, the campus, etc. in person, over the phone, and through the library’s chat room
• Ensure the smooth operation of the Access Services Department by checking in returned and arriving books, maintaining organization of the desk area and reserve/hold shelf, and organizing returned books at the sorting.
• Participated in the loaning of books through the Washington Research Library Consortium’s Consortium Loan Service
• Promoted to supervisory student and trusted with supervising other students/taking on additional responsibilities at the circulation desk such as collecting fines

Conduct research into copyright policies, fair use, image usage rights of various companies, publishers, organizations regarding legal use of their works and likenesses by Georgetown students and faculty
