I am a subject matter expert (SME) reports and processes for Essex County Council purchase card scheme, whilst also having an overview of the day to processes, using Barclaycard Spend Management and Centresuite. I also look after the administration for Lloyds Corporate banking online and various financial processes within MyOracle an evergreen system. As part of a team I raise and use reports to reconcile Essex County Council Accounts Receivable, Payable, General Ledger and Pay360 systems, investigating any discrepancies as an SME and liaising with the various areas as needed.I collaborate on projects where required, recently we finished the transition to Barclaycard Spend Management from Fraedom. I also look to enhance existing processes and have successfully accomplished Excel macro’s to automate various reports and processes which enhance accuracy and save time.I also work on the helpdesk when required, looking to resolve issues by investigating, highlighting solutions or finding work arounds, making sure that all systems are highlighted to out third party software administrators.I’m also involved in quarterly testing of existing and new features released into the MyOracle, helping to ensure that the system works as required.I currently work part time, 24 hours a week, and look after my son whilst not working.
