Through this, he has experienced firsthand what works well through all aspects of project and program management.* As a strategy practitioner, Daniel has a resounding focus on value creation when engaging with senior stakeholders in the C-suite levels and board. * Daniel is the national transport and mobility lead for KPMG Strategy, Australia. He also retains a position on KPMG’s global public transport leadership team as the global ESG public transport lead. Through these roles, Daniel is connected to emerging mobility trends and has rapid access to mobility ecosystem insights, methodology, frameworks, etc. as required. * Daniel is the national risk lead for KPMG strategy. This experience has allowed him to hone his skills in applying risk lens to everything that he completes, as he is responsible for having risk oversight for the strategy portfolio nationally. * Daniel has extensive experience in driving strategic design through to execution, including in new organisational functions and project/program management. This is both internally to oversee client portfolios and externally at client sites to manage programs and projects with various significant steams. Examples include at State based transport (and other) departments, utilities and mining.* Given his background and profile of work, Daniel has much experience working in highly complex and political stakeholder environments (both in government and industry).* Daniel is an experienced team and operational lead, covering all items from fostering a performance culture to budget management.
