Focal point for all HQ programmes during the implementation and training delivery stages and close liaison with Training Operations. Project Manager responsible for developing and introducing service provision for United Kingdom Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS), one of MOD's top 5 Change Management programmes. Project Managed on Multi-Engine Fixed Wing, Rear Crew and Rotary Wing Programmes.

Responsible for the design and delivery of aircrew training post a £400 million avionic conversion of a fleet of 50+ Lynx helicopters. Highly respected specialist aviation advisor to the MOD and industry on major aviation projects and programmes including strategic advice for the ongoing development of Future Lynx (Wildcat) helicopter avionics requirements. Responsible for and led the training team tasked with ensuring aviation training standards maintained for 70 RN Lynx pilots and observers deployed around the globe. Led a squadron training team responsible for the introduction of Night Vision Goggle training culminating in the capability being accepted as 'business as usual' - project value £25m. Responsible for the resource management of helicopters totalling £50m and workforce planning for over 70 personnel. Highly respected member of the Maritime Counter Terrorism cell providing aviation support and penetration for UK Special Forces.
