By closely monitoring market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks, I am able to advise the business on the best strategies to pursue in order to achieve our financial goals.▪ Have managed multiple large-scale company acquisitions. I have lead the acquisition team in documenting processes, cleaning up data, and implementing efficient systems and controls that consistently led to successful post-acquisition integration, with the ability to navigate the complexities of integration and maximize the value and success of the companies investments. ▪ I review the financial results after the general ledger is closed. This allows me to meticulously research and identify any variances to the forecast. I then compile a detailed report complete with commentary, providing the executive team with a comprehensive analysis of our financial performance and highlighting any areas of concern or opportunity.

Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures to map out a path forward for the business unit. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
