27 years of work experience specializing in structural steel construction/erection as a climbing rigger. I have worked across multiple industry sectors including the erection of structural steel communication towers and masts for Telstra, the private sector and oil & gas.I have developed strengths in leadership, knowledge in a diversity of construction methodologies and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment requirements.My current position title as an Advanced Rigger employed with KENTZ/SNC Lavalin, was the erection of a 65m free standing tower at E400, rectification on a 40m free standing tower (Bens Hill, East Arm) and a roof top structure installation in Darwin Central Business district. Currently working in Logistics operating a 20t Franna crane, 16t Forklifts, EWP’s to 180ft and various types of trucks. I have current VOC’S. I am required to undertake various general rigging duties in an extremely dynamic and unique environment with KENTZ Construction at Blaydin Point. Experience working in the trains for 4 months working in Commissioning activities with ELE 1 installing cable, cable tray, rigging diversion blocks, inertia reels etc, for cable pulls. I have worked as an electrical T/A in the installation of camera’s and the testing and Commissioning of the PARGA system and can read complex electrical plans regarding the positioning of equipment to be installed in the trains. Extensive experience as a climbing rigger utilising all types of static safety lines and personal fall arrest and fall prevention systems.
