Working on some of the most exciting, thought provoking and pressured changes to BT in recent times has really opened my eyes to what 'Business Improvement' actually is. My focus is on the Advisor/Customer experience and all that includes in all channels available - It's a balancing act at times, making sure both sides are viewed equally, but one that I relish. I'm now working regularly with my EE colleagues to future proof the business and protect us from upcoming challenges. The way consumers interact with companies is changing and expectations in the digital age are high; if you're not moving to meet these expectations now you'll suffer in the future.I need to be self managed and almost devoted to the role, ensuring that I chase every avenue for improvement. Quite often the best results come from offshoots of bigger ideas, which is why I'm a big fan of running through every option. Doesn't matter how crazy an idea is, there is usually a sound and rational thought that starts it..... usually.

I was involved in all the major BT Projects, using my knowledge to aid in the improvement of a number of vital areas. I needed to get up to speed very quickly as it was a secondment; not only did i learn quickly, but I became a strong member of the team by the time my role came to an end.
