• Develop and make improvements for new and current manufacturing processes to improve process flow and reduce overall cost and lead time• Refine and enhance processes by applying continuous improvement and key Lean manufacturing/production principles and techniques to areas of production. • Coordinate installations of new equipment including developing ROI/justification for capital spending, creating work flow analysis, developing OEE standards, and shop floor/cell layout• Oversee a team of engineers to ensure custom applications of electromechanical power distribution products are developed on time and defect-free.
