Phoenix and myself have some great relationships with some of the major vendors in the industry and i utilise those relationships to get the best value for my customer. I help deliver, manage and support customers through projects giving my customers the full end to end experiance.

- Sales Ledger Management Currently manage a portfolio of accounts across the Nestle UK and Ireland sales ledger. This includes collaboration with internal and external customers to ensure a clear end to end process as well as query resolution and support throughout.- Project Management Leading a priority throughout AR regarding maximising team’s potential. This has included designing and circulating a newsletter out to AR. I also lead Health and Wellness throughout AR to make sure everyone in AR takes Health and Wellness on board with different tasks/activities for people to complete so we can address as a function what areas other colleagues would like to see an improvement on. I have also lead projects internally to drive compliance within the financial community.- Shared Services SupportWork very closely with our offshore team and support them with their accounts. They escalate certain issues and problems they have with their accounts where I will need to carefully look through their accounts and give them a resolution. This can also include reconciling their accounts which again requires attention to detail.- Nestle Continuous Excellence Since I’ve been in AR I have been an active member in our NCE Pillar supporting and then taking ownership as Standard Routine Champion and also taking a lead in problem solving and providing support for other people taking part in problem solving. I also push Safety Health and Environment throughout our team by pushing the team to take turns weekly regarding a health and safety topic related to work.

- Cross Functional Collaboration Ensuring smooth set up of all new accounts which includes customer hierarchy, updating master data, payment set up and all account changes including email invoicing, address changes and name changes. This gave me the authority to improve the process so I worked very closely with our internal audit team to help streamline which is soon to be communicated to the different divisions to make sure we’re as streamlined as possible as well as demonstrating best practice throughout the process.Project Management - Oversee the creation and re-vamp of Nestles internal website for Accounts Receivable creating new pages and updating current pages. Also lead projects from a peoples perspective all based around advertising health and wellness internally as well as leading projects including credit limits, customer blocks and legal changes with our Audit team.Organisational Skills -Use of BW to manage Accounting Clerk Changes, Maintain OR Measures, Credit Limit Management and monthly baseline date changes and therefore using excel every day. Support Accounts Payable with One Time Vendor checks, Banking preparation, Direct Debit Setups, Management of Self Billing Account and answering queries on a daily basis from our HP teams in India and Poland as well being part of the NCE Pillar.

- Leading Measures Leading regular operational reviews on a daily and weekly basis as well as carry Leaver measures taking responsibility being able to support the team with anything necessary.- Admin This saw me maintain a lot of the tasks I was previously managing throughout my work experience as well as start to takeover the Fleet side of things involving company cars, fuel cards and fines. This also saw me complete a lot of different reporting which needed analysing on a weekly basis.

- Managing Mailboxes & ProcessesThis was an opportunity which allowed me to have 8 weeks work experience across different teams in HR including the HR Care Team. This saw me complete Levers webforms, assist with overpayments, Paternity & Maternity Cover as well as Jury Service queries.
