  Part time position including delivery of campus tours to groups of Students and families, delivery of Student Life Talks to large groups of people, Outbound Calling projects, Open Days, general office duties such as photocopying, filing and email communications. This position was as a member of a team of other students so team work was essential, as were punctuality, hard work and the ability to take constructive criticism.Team member - Customer Contact Centre (6 Months), Part-time, including a Full time post within Staffordshire University Clearing 2010. This position included providing both telephone and face-to-face assistance to both current and prospective students, admissions filing, operating the Clearing Reception and telephone lines, handling applications, and working overtime when required.This job has vastly improved my interpersonal skills, general office skills and given me the confidence I need in the workplace. I have also become competent with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point to perform a range of tasks through both the Study Skills Module at University, and through being employed in a setting which uses these programmes extensively.
