As an assistant to all recruiters my job is to go through resumes that are sent in response to job listings. My job is to seperate the resumes that are submitted between those who are qualified for the position and those who aren't. They are then submitted into the company database and carefully analyzed by our professional recruiters to find ideal fits for our clients needs. My position also requires me to introduce anyone who comes in to be analyzed by our recruiters which includes a breaking the ice conversation to make sure any nerves are settled. Once done with that my job is to debrief the recruiter on what to expect based off of my breaking the ice conversation, which includes: personal traits, hygene and initial impression.
