• Led integration activities for five firms over the course of two years, in multiple crops (Flowers, Vegetables, and Field Crops), including development/management of interim breeding support systems. • Developed ETL processes for the translation/transition of data into Syngenta systems.• Led six software / database design projects in support of breeding, toxicity, USDA regulatory reporting.

• Guided the NAFTA Vegetables user base (250+ users) in the use of the SPIRIT breeding toolset, including master data support, reporting and process design / redesign, training, hardware/software support.• Developed a database system to capture product data in adverse environments (Moroccan desert). • Led a project to redesign SAP material module, reducing master data fields by 50%• Won two awards of excellence for contributions to the NAFTA Vegetables R&D organization.

• Co-Led and administered the Vegetables Product Management Database system. Over the course of this project, our team redesigned the master data structure, syncing 17 databases into one.• Led the business planning process, including development of product forecasting (350+), reporting, data analysis and database integrity, competitor research. • Won two awards of excellence for my contributions to the NAFTA Vegetables organization.
