Taught basic principles of networks and data processing, computer hardware and software, operating systems, and security software. Identified and recruited new military faculty and provided direction to them while they attended Advanced Civil Schooling to earn their Master’s Degree or PhD resulting in no shortfalls of new faculty each year. Managed USMA’s premier, new-technology, distributed learning classroom called Classroom XXI. Set up three new classroom XXI’s at three other military bases including the Sergeant’s Major Academy at Ft. Bliss.
