- Responsible for the regulated Financial Entity (Banco Múltiplo) and the non-regulated entity (Leasing), as well as acting as proxy for the companies from Deutsche Leasing headquarters operating in the Brazilian market- Management of the operational processes of purchases of new clients and of the customer service sector (management of KPIs and of the complete cycle of budgetary management)- Management of a team of 35 collaborators (5 direct staff)- Management and control of the Brazil operation, performance, processes, staff, budget and commercial relationships, in conformance with corporative policies and aimed at attaining targets- Represented the company with business partners, local authorities and as a representative of the Board of Directors- Transparent management based on structured auditing and compliance

- Responsible for the commercial relationship with a range of suppliers from Industrial and Construction segments- Strategic planning and development for ongoing partnerships- Elaboration of proposals; pricing; negotiation and closing financial operations- Creation of a dossier for credit analysis and discussion on the credit committee- Structuring of new financial products and of financial solutions- Prospection of new business, suppliers and customers- Development of Advertising Campaigns and Sales Campaigns
