Managed a 3 shift metal fabrication shop of sheet metal, machining, welding, plating, painting and assembly for the Department of Defense. Manage a 3 shift complex, fast-paced, diverse manufacturing operation of PCB and Mechanical Assembly Operation. Inventory Management: Set-up internal kanbans with vendors automated ordering process with consigned material at vendor location. Managed inventory control, cycle-counts and maintained on-hand balances to support customer needs. Established internal board KanBan systems to support on-time delivery to customer request date of 94%.
