I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from heavy industry such as steel processing plants, oil and gas refineries and pulp and paper mills in positions ranging from Sales, Project Management and Regional Branch Management with P&L responsibility. For the past 10 years I have been primarily involved in Aviation, specifically in Baggage Handling, Passenger Boarding Bridges and the construction build-out the baggage system areas in a Project Management role as both an OEM and as a General Contractor.I have worked at multiple airports throughout North America and in South East Asia. Specialties: Strong background in system design from concept through final design and execution per TSA requirements including establishing the budgets for federal reimbursements. Significant experience in both private and public funded construction projects through Lump-Sum and CM@Risk contracts. Experience includes negotiating GMP’s, lump-sum sub-contracts and finalizing contract close-out, on time and in budget.
