Financial lead responsible for financial operations and reporting into Tyman plc- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and Information pack to PLC reporting deadlines complete with trend analysis and explanations of variances to forecast, budget and prior year- Assessment of customer and product profitability on an ongoing basis- Management of year end accounts and main contact for auditors- Production of annual and quarterly forecasts for Group covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, complete with variance analysis- Implement internal control systems and adopt proper Group-aligned policies for financial reporting- Work with local management team on operational forecasts to support purchasing activity- Completion of VAT returns- Undertake analyses and interpretation of financial and accounting reports for senior management
