Responsible for managing a group of business analysts and data analysts that support all processes, technology and projects across Licensing & Contracting. As a shared service performed for all lines of business across the company from Property & Casualty to Wealth Management the role includes considerable strategy and focus to deliver on enterprise wide objectives as well as thorough expense management discipline. Additional responsibilities include process management, business line divestiture strategy and management, vendor engagement, project management, capacity and resource planning as well as a host of strategic support to business line customers.Also responsible for the management of all Licensing & Contracting for agencies and producers conducting Property & Casualty business. Leading a team of 8 Full service analysts and consultants accountable for the lifecycle management of insurance licensing, appointments and agency contracts. Additional responsibilities include premiere business partner relationship management, project management, strategic program development and continuous improvement.

Responsible for managing a processing team and Call Center that ensures Distributors and Producers conducting business on behalf of The Hartford across multiple product lines are actively licensed, appointed and contracted adhering to all state and federal insurance licensing requirements.
