I have been exposed to leading a dynamic and highly efficient team to a common goal that overcome challenges and gives me the opportunity to grow and build a successful career.I inspire to growing my personal skill further in a business environment and believe I have the qualities and the people skills to lead a team into a common vision.I enjoy working with people and can talk to people on all levels in a business, either it be the shop floor or the GM and build relationship accordingly.I have worked with Sydney Water over the past 5 years as a supplier and service provider across all facets of production, engineering and maintenance with numerous large projects across the full Sydney Water network. I have also built relationships and worked with other major water authorities locally and interstate. I pride myself on good customer relationships at a high level, that is built on honesty, integrity with clean and open communication.My creative mind leads me to always want more and to put systems in place to improve and become more efficient.
