Business manager role covering Majestic and UK distributors - responsible for developing and implementing an ambitious strategy to deliver growth in the UK luxury portfolio

Lead portfolio, distribution strategy and long term planning in Asia

Specific focus on managing the relationships with the key Grocers and distribution partners to preserve avaialbility and maximise forecast in accuracy. Implemented streamlining processes in data extraction and analysis to enable more data and insight to be utilised in the regular monthly cycles. Improved transparency to allow cross functional teams to better assist in supporting the sales force through better promotion planning and reporting. Improved collaborative relationships with effective data analysis and strong commercial accumen. Drove the agenda in reviewing the internal stockholding processes to preserve availability and opened the discussion into wider availability measures across the business.Led the integration of the forecasts in the acquisition of the Percy Fox business, quickly highlighting risks and opportunities in the sales function to enable the sales function to react.

Managed the ordering and forecasting of UK supply of 200 SKUs including Jack Daniel's and Patron tequila. Implemented S&OP cycles for new distribution agreements including internal international brand extensions and third party brands of varying sizes bringing stability to very volatile brands and launches.Incorporated new analytical tools and systems into monthly demand planning cycles to improve understanding of issues. assisted in the building of the tools increasing my understanding in database and th construction of BI tools.

In this role I was part of the large screen tv team, leading change across the business in relation to tvs. My main focus was on improving product management through introducing new tools and managing the online portfolio of products. I focused on improving the attention on the range not displayed in store growing this from 0.5% to 6% of total tv sales. The final project I was working on was transferring the method of allocation of pristine boxed stock in stores from units turnover to profitability. The aim being to optimise the use of cash flow to improve overall profitability.
