I have over 19 years’ experience in a variety of roles within the property industry. Having started working for Romans in 2005, I have worked my way through the ranks from Sales Advisor to Regional Sales Director working with many top-performing Residential Sales offices across Greater London and the Home Counties.In 2021 Leaders Romans Group acquired Gibbs Gillespie and I am now responsible for Residential Sales across their 15 branch network. Over the last 30 years Gibbs Gillespie has become an established marketing leading property services company across London and the Home Counties.I am a driven and focused individual but understand the importance of the right working conditions and culture. As a result, I invest passionately in the career development of my teams, encouraging each individual to fulfil their potential, maximise their job satisfaction and achieve outstanding results, both professionally and personally.As the Leaders Romans Group has grown over the years, I have also been involved with the set-up of several new offices and the successful integration of new business acquisitions, varying in both size and location. This particular aspect of my role has become ever more present as the Group continues to expand its service offerings across the country.
