Managed the production of ebooks and accompanying websites for math/stats/economics/science product families, including scheduling, content management, site development, bug fixes, and site rollout. Planned and hosted weekend-length live action roleplaying game events. Developed rulebooks,websites, coordinated marketing efforts, conducted market research, hired vendors, supervisedprop production and writing teams, handled ticket sales, and set up systems to collect and analyzecustomer feedback. Lead iterative design groups based on customer feedback data. Ran, on average,3 to 5 events per year.
